Dorothy M. (Kirk) Holbrook, age 88, a woman who loved her family, passed away on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at her residence, surrounded by her family. Retired from General Motors. Preceded in death by: Husband: Joe. Granddaughter: Michelle Buchanan. Survived by: Daughters: Carolyn (Eddie) Hawkins, Sharon (Tom) Henry and Naomi (Dennis) Abdon. Grandchildren: Eric Neal, Aaron (Wendy) Neal, Alex (Elizabeth) Henry, Allison (Daniel) Shellhause, Dena (Christian) Jordan and Jason (Jessica) Abdon. 18 great grandchildren and one great great grandson. Numerous other family and friends. Thank you Mount Carmel Hospice for the wonderful care for our mother. In lue of flowers, please donate to hospice. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St., Sunday, 2-5 PM where service will be held 10:00 AM Monday. Pastor Kevin Behrer officiating. Interment Sunset Cemetery.
