Dana L. Mathis, age 39, passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2019. Preceded in death by: Sister: Natoyia Mathis. Survived by: Children: Marquize, Marionna and Marquice Hale-Mathis. Mother of his children, Scinecia Hale. Mother: Patricia (Robert Allen) Crowder. Father: Dana Scott. Sister: Amber Scott. Brother: La-Cuge Folk. 9 aunts and 3 uncles as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 2693 W. Broad St., Saturday, June 22, 2019 from 2-4 PM where service will follow at 4:00 PM.
