Charles T. Washburn age 76 passed away Friday March 9, 2018 at Mt. Carmel Medical Center. Survived by wife of 54 years Patty Washburn; sons, Chris ( LeAnne) Washburn and Charles Washburn ; Granddaughter, Elizabeth ( George) Bender ; Great Grandchildren , Elijah and Gabriel. Graveside service and interment 11:30 am Wednesday at Green Lawn Cemetery. Arrangements completed at Jerry Spears Funeral Home 2693 W. Broad St.
