Employed with The Northwest Kiwanis License Agency in Hilliard, Ohio.for over 4 years. Survived by significant other, Earl "Rob" Combs; mother, Lou Ann Crawford; father, Dale W. Scott; children: Anthony Maynard, Gage Combs and Bryce M. Combs; and brother, Timothy Scott. Friends may call at Jerry Spears Funeral Home with Crematory 2693 W. Broad St Friday 1-3 P.M. where service will be held 3:00 P.M. Friday
