Stephen Wayne Edington, age 77, passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2023 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. He retired from Timken Roller Bearing Company. He was a very dedicated Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeye, loved playing cards, listening to YouTube music and going to bars. Preceded in death by, parents, George and Vivian Edington, sons, Robert and Shannon Edington, brothers and sisters, Norma (Mike) McFarland, Donna (Jean) Pierce, Jim (Raynella) Edington, John (Barbara) Edington, Michael (Marilyn) Edington and Kenneth (Barbara) Edington, best friend, Jimmy Kirk. Survived by, wife of 58 years, Susan "Moondoggy" Edington, children, Calleena Edington and Jeffrey Edington, sisters, Patty (William) Moore and Joyce (Jack) Neff, grandchildren, Haley, Jessica, Brittany, Jason, Brandy, Nathan, Amber, Shannon, Meghan, Morgan, Mollie and Marissa, numerous other family and friends. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME of HILLIARD, 5471 Frazell Rd., Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 9-10 AM where service will follow at 10 AM. Interment Obetz Cemetery.
