Simon Patrick O'Keefe passed away at home on November 4, 2023. He was 20 years old. He is preceded in death by his grandpa, Michael O'Keefe. He is survived by his grandma, Virginia; nana, Sharon; mom, Julia O'Keefe and step-father, Mat Deane; brother, Miles O'Keefe; father, Jason Faris (Jaimey); aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Friends and family may call November 11, 2023 from 1-3pm at Simon's home for a potluck wake, 1290 East Weber Rd, Columbus, OH 43211. We will be commemorating the gift of Simon's life. Flowers, donations or memorials may be sent to 1290 E. Weber Road.
