Robert Botos

Robert J Botos, a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, passed away November 5, 2023 from complications from cancer.  

Robert grew up in Farwell and Lake, Michigan. He was born February 22, 1967. He attended and graduated from Farwell high school in 1985.  

Robert served in the United States Marine Corp. He valued his service highly and achieved the rank of Lance corporal. After a few short years in service,  he was injured and received a medical discharge.  

After Robert left the military,  he found a new passion and love in family. He married his wife Beverly on February 6, 2006. He enjoyed traveling and experiencing new places with his wife and children.  

Robert is preceded in death by his father William S. Botos. He is survived by his wife Beverly, daughter Megan, step sons Kevin and Nolan, mother Carol, brothers William and Edward (Staci), sisters Stacey (Sam) and Terri Hill and grand daughter Aleigha. 

Cremation has taken place per Robert’s wishes and he will be laid to rest in Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
