Ray Hale Jr., age 64, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023 at his residence in West Jefferson, OH. Veteran United States Marine Corp (USMC). Retired truck driver. Graduate of West Jefferson High School. Preceded in death by, brother, Larry Hale, parents, Ray Sr and Rose Hale. Survived by, children, Amy (Brian) Wintersteen and Jason Hale, grandchildren, Alex and Anthony Hale, sister, Ronda (John) Hoehman, sister in law, Cindy Hale, numerous other family and friends. Private family arrangements have been completed with JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St.
