Philip Earl O'Brien, age 69, passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022 at Ohio State University Hospital. Preceded in death by, parents, Edward O'Brien and Agnes Arledge, partner, Ken. Survived by, sister, Linda (Bill Yacso) O'Brien, brother, Ralph (Julie) O'Brien, nieces and nephews, Michael (Tricia) Todd, Lori (Glen) Huffman, Lisa (Joey Peer) O'Brien, Ralph O'Brien Jr and Edward (Carley Circosta) O'Brien, numerous great nieces, great nephews, other family and friends. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St., Saturday, January 29, 2022 from 1-3 PM where service will follow at 3:00 PM. Graveside service and interment, Friday, February 18, 2022, 1:00 PM, at Sunset Cemetery.
