Margory Fadley Obituary

Margory Grace Fadley, age 87, passed away on January 5, 2021. Born on May 11, 1933 in Wheeling W.V. Marge was the fifth of eight children born to Irish immigrants Hugh Joseph and Anna (O'Flaherty) Dorrian. Marge graduated from Holy Family High School in 1951, and married Raymond Richard Fadley, Sr. at Holy Family Catholic Church in 1953. She was a homemaker and the proud wife of the Chief of the Columbus Division of Fire from 1971-1983. Marge was active in St. Cecilia Catholic Church and in her daughters' Brownies troops, as well as a talented seamstress. After her children were grown, she pursued a successful career in real estate. Marge began her career with Dorrian Real Estate and ended it with Polis & Simon, Inc. She served as president of the Ohio Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors in 2007. Marge was a devoted grandmother and proud member of both The Shamrock Club and the Holy Family Alumni Association in her golden years. Marge was preceded in death by her parents Hugh and Anna Dorrian, husband Raymond R. Fadley Sr., daughter, Mary Margaret (Gig) Fadley; siblings Julia Hughes, Sr. Mary Macrina, R.S.M. (Peg), Nora, Michael, and John Dorrian; brother-in-law Frank Pulsinelli and sister-in-law Mary Martha Dorrian. Survived by children, Mary Ann Scholl and Raymond R., Jr (Susan); twelve adoring grandchildren: Tim (Anna) Riggs, Tammy (Josh) Rodich, Tracy (Tony) Shroyer, Jacob (Kimberly) Fadley, Teri (Shawn) Parsell, Katie (Brandon) Longwell, Stephanie Fadley, Maggie (Adam) Fadley, Emily Fadley, Samantha (Ignacio) Santibanez, Claire Fadley and Joseph Fadley, along with seven loving great-grandchildren; siblings Mary Pulsinelli and Hugh (Janice) Dorrian; and countless nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Private family visitation and service will be held at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, HILLIARD, 5471 Frazell Rd. Father Leo Connolly officiating. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery.
