Joyce Culwell, age 70, passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at Doctors Hospital West. Joyce was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she also had a tremendous love for animals. She will be deeply missed. Preceded in death by parents, Dolores and Carl Seymour; husband, Leonard Culwell; grandson, Lester and brother, Charles Seymour. Survived by children: Dolores (Mike Castle) Culwell, Tina (Lester) Ferrell, Bonnie (Tony Cook) Culwell and Tammie (David Patterson) Culwell; siblings: Bill Seymour, Carl Seymour and Linda Hubbard; 15 grandchildren; many great grandchildren, cousins and friends. Friends may call at Jerry Spears Funeral Home 2693 W. Broad St Wednesday, September 20 from 11:30am-1pm, where service will be held 1pm. Interment Alton Cemetery.
