Josiah Cook Obituary

Josiah Zion-Devon Cook, age 14, passed away unexpectedly on June 23 at Nationwide Children's Hospital. He enjoyed basketball, football, video games, music and most of all, hanging out with his siblings. Josiah had a quiet side to him, but also a fun, goofy side to his personality which was enjoyed by all her knew him. Preceded in death by great grandmother, Doris Cook and other grandparents and great grandparents. Left behind to cherish his memories are his parents, Terrance Cook and April Yates, stepmom, Shelleyna Cook; siblings: Kenneth Jr, Issyss, Jayon, Tyriq, Trenton, Cadence, Destiny, Jaiden, Kamari, Ariel, Aries and Bishop; grandmothers: Veronica Philips and Pamela Sidibeh; aunt and uncles: Tiara, Teris, Tony, Tevin and Tre. Numerous other family and friends. Friends may call Wednesday, June 30 from 5-7pm at Jerry Spears Funeral Home with Crematory, 2693 West Broad St.
