John Parsell Obituary

John Murray Parsell II, age 50, passed away, unexpectedly, Saturday, May 1, 2021 at his residence. He is preceded in death by grandparents, Estella Fette Thompson and Robert Kenneth Thompson. He is survived by mother, Linda Thompson Parsell; children, Alex Parsell and Hannah Gorby-Parsell; brothers Shawn (Teri) and Bryan (Tesa) Parsell; nieces, Avery, Makenna, Hailey, Reagan, and Izzabella Parsell; nephew, Jameson Goldammer. John was a 1988 graduate of Hilliard High School where he enjoyed weightlifting, football, and singing. He was a loving son and brother. He was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan. He loved sports, fishing, cars, his pets, plants, cooking, and spicy foods. Friends and family may call on Saturday, May 8 from 11am-1pm at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME of HILLIARD, 5471 Frazell Rd, memorial service at 1pm. Rev. Tim Lee officiating.
