Jeremiah Shane Lewis, age 28, passed away on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at his residence. Preceded in death by one infant son and one infant daughter., brother, James Lewis. Survived by, children, Khyre, Bentley, Adrian, Jeremiah and Xander, mother, Angela Lewis, father, Joe McCarthy, step father, James Weaver, sisters, Jessica (Darrell) Tejera, Shakeena Gabbert, Shakeita Gabbert, Airiana Weaver, Micaela Lewis, brothers, Zackary Gabbert, Michael Gabbert and Mylo Gabbert, grandmother, Gloria Lewis, numerous other family and friends. Friends may call Thursday, December 2 from 5-7pm at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St. where service will be held at 7pm.
