Survived by children: Alisia Flores, Hannah Flores, Hayden Flores and Lilah Flores; mother, Christine Mojica; father, Anthony Flores Sr; brother, Anthony Flores Jr and sister, Samantha Flores-Boddie. Private arrangements have been completed at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 2693 West Broad St. Columbus, Ohio.
