Frederick Kerns Obituary

Frederick R. Kerns, age 83, passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021 at his residence in Florida. 1956 graduate of West High School. Former member of Parkview United Methodist Church. Veteran US Army. He was a retired draftsman for steel construction, specializing in stairs and railings. Preceded in death by, parents, Howell and Ruby Kerns, brothers, Kenneth Kerns, Wayne Kerns and Myron Kerns, sister, Dorothy Fenton. Survived by, wife, Myrna, children, Gretchen Roberts, Megan (Rosy Davis) Kerns and Howie (Danielle) Kerns, grandchildren, Shyloh, D.J., Trey, Kaitlyn and Savannah, great granddaughter, Josephine, numerous other family and friends. Private family visitation. Family and friends are welcome to attend the graveside service and interment, 11:00 AM Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Sunset Cemetery, if attending please plan to arrive by 10:45am.
