Christine Marie Thompson, age 41, of Columbus, passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 due to illness. Preceded in death by, brother, Michael L. Thompson, grandparents, Harold and Rainnell Browning. Survived by, mother, Cindy Browning, step-father, Doug Peterson, son, Jaylen Michael Thompson, father, Michael Thompson, brother, Jerry (Sammie) Thompson, nephews, Drew, Aiden, JayJay and RJ, niece, Nevaeh, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Crissy never met a stranger and would do anything to help the family she loved. She had a special relationship with her son Jaylen, whom she loved dearly. She enjoyed karaoke and pranking family, especially on a significant birthday. Crissy wanted to be cremated and we are honoring her wishes, and we have chosen JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 2693 W. Broad St., to take care of her. There will be no memorial service. We would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Ohio State University Hospital, Main Campus, for the care Crissy received, especially in the middle of the pandemic.
