Wayne Alan Peterman age 23 passed away Wednesday February 28, 2018 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. Preceded in death by grandfather, James Wayne Phipps Sr. Survived by mother, Brenda (Brandon Gallagher) Phipps; daughter, Mackenzie Rayne Peterman; son, Bryden James Peterman; Wayne also had a child on the way to be named Aubri Mae Peterman; sisters: Breanna Phipps, Destiny Forsythe; brother, Daniel Forsythe; grandmothers, Sharon (Vince) Shepherd, and Mae Peterman; great grandmother, G G Phipps; Fiance Taylor Shockey; aunts: Amy Phipps and Nicole Vizedom; uncles, James Phipps Jr. and Scot (Brittany) Vizedom. Numerous other siblings, cousins and friends. Friends may call at Jerry Spears Funeral Home with Crematory 2693 W. Broad St Tuesday 4-7 PM where service will be held 7:00 PM Tuesday, Rev. Tim Lee officiating.
