Travis Lee Fulks, age 35, passed away unexpectedly at his Columbus residence on Thursday, September 13, 2018. Preceded in death by uncle, Mickey Barker; great grandparents Stanley and Grace Mannon. Survived by mother, Connie Fulks; brother, Jason Fulks (Heather); children: Grace, Faith, Destany; grandmother: Rosemary Barker, grandfather: Larry Stover; aunts: Stacie Murray and Angela Newman; uncles: Stanley Fulks, Samuel Barker, Trent Stover and Todd Stover; girlfriend Jennifer Mulluhand; nieces: Taya Fulks and Becca Fulks; nephews: Jordan Fulks AJ Fulks; cousins: Johnny Murray and James Murray; many other cousins, loved ones, friends and his loving dog Bella. There will be a gathering of friends at Jerry Spears Funeral Home with Crematory, 2693 W. Broad St., Sunday, September 23 from 2-4pm with memorial service to follow at 4pm.
