Tamara Lash (Moore) Obituary

Tamara L. Lash (Moore), age 54 of Whitehall, Ohio, born 12-4-1964. Surrounded by her family, Tammie passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 4:00pm after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her parents, John W. & Shirley J. Moore and her beloved son, Steven W. Moore. Tammie is survived by her daughters Crystal (Ronnie) Lash and Breanna (Craig) Lash. Sisters, Debbie Voll, Laurie (Jimmie) Williams, Cindy Moore and brother, Richard (Danelle) Moore. Grandchildren, Gage, Chase, Rylee, Kyson, Dalton, Elijah, and her loving companion Shaun Herda, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.Special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff at The James and Arbors West in West Jefferson, Ohio. The family would also like to thank all of our family and friends for your love, prayers, and kind words throughout this difficult journey. Arrangements entrusted to Jerry Spears Funeral Home with Crematory. There will be private celebration of life at a later date. We ask that in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Arbors West in West Jefferson in Tammie's memory or to St. Judes Childrens Cancer Research Hospital.
