Shirley M. Moore, born May 16, 1936 in Cincinnati, OH, passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2018 at Riverside Hospital, at the age of 81. Graduate of University of Cincinnati, where she not only earned her Bachelor's Degree, but went on to receive her Master's Degree as well. Retired school teacher. Preceded in death by: Husband: James E. Moore. Survived by: Children: Karen (Keith) Taylor and Steven (Sherrae) Flowe. Granddaughter: Shannon Flowe. Her especially close church families at both Historic Greater Friendship Baptist and Mt Vernon Avenue AME Churches. Numerous other family and friends. Friends may call at Mt Vernon Avenue AME Church, 1127 Mt Vernon Ave., Columbus, OH, 43203, Friday, February 23, 2018, 10-11 AM where service will follow at 11:00 AM Friday. Rev Dr. William S. Wheatley officiating. Additional visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Historic Greater Friendship Baptist Church, 12305 Arlington Ave., Cleveland, OH, 44108, 10:00-11 AM with service to follow at 11:00 AM Tuesday.
