Scott Wayne Stoops Jr.

Scott Wayne Stoops Jr., age 26, passed away January 5, 2018 at Mount Carmel Medical Center. Scott was a handosme, funny, kind hearted young man with an amazing, caring, loving soul. He will remain in our hearts forever, as he was called home too soon. Preceded in death by: Rickie Ray Colborn, Bernard Stoops (Deb), Eula Gail and his beloved great grandmother Grandma "Louie". Survived by parents: Scott Wayne Stoops Sr (Dorinda) and Mary Louis Colborn (Jamie); children: Ariana Lynn, Scott Wayne III, Aiden Robert; grandmother, Catherine McGeehan; sisters: Sierra Elizabeth Stoops (Camron); Alisha Marie Colborn; brother, Nicholas Andrew; niece: Sofia; nephew: Xavier; aunt: Patricia Swain; uncles: Thomas and James McGeehan; numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins. Scott participated in the Carl J. Fulton Pony League Baseball for Gladden Community House and he had attended Westland High School. Friends may call at Jerry Spears Funeral Home with Crematory 2693 W. Broad St Thursday 5-7 p.m. where service will be held 7:00 p.m.
