Robert Eugene Garber, age 88, passed away on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Signature Healthcare, Portland, Tennessee. US Korean War Army Veteran. He was a retired carpenter. Preceded in death by: Parents: Roy Herman Garber and Edith Maude Gerber. Sisters: Doris Baughman and Helen Steck. Wife: Wilma "Willie" Garber. Son: David Garber. Survived by: Sons: Carl (DeAnne Newman) Garber and Roy (Stephanie) Garber. Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St., Saturday, 9-10 AM where service will follow at 10:00 AM Saturday. Interment Headley Cemetery.
