Peggy Joyce Mills, age 87, passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at Fairhope Hospice, Lancaster, OH. Retired school teacher with Southwestern City Schools. Preceded in death by: Husband: James Henry "Digger" Mills. Daughter: Kathy (David) Lieser. Survived by: Grandchildren: Rachel (Chase) Elliott and Zara Trieb.
