Melinda Saunders Obituary

Melinda Saunders, age 52, passed away at her Hilliard residence on December 31, 2019. Melinda Sue Saunders was born on April 19th, 1967. Mel was much beloved by her colleagues at USF Holland working side by side with them for almost 28 years. Survived by her only daughter, Jessica Nicole Prosser, they were very close with few secrets between them. Even though she couldn't be the grandmother she wanted to be, there was no doubt she adored her two grandsons: Gabriel Lee Prosser and Vincent Issac Prosser. Mel will be missed but never ever forgotten. There will be a gathering of friends and family starting at 6pm Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at Jerry Spears Funeral Home with Crematory, 2693 West Broad St.

P.S. The only thing I regret is not being able to finish that scrabble match with you!
