Katie Delight Carter, age 66, passed away at her Columbus residence on Tuesday, January 23, 2018. Preceded in death by: parents, Garrett & Ethel Moore; brothers: Robert Moore Sr., David G. Moore and Dwayne E. Moore. Survived by children: Roger G. (Allie Kinster) Carter, David N. (Christy) Carter, Tammy (Scott) Stevens and Chris E. Carter; 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sister: Sandy Moore Carter; numerous nieces and nephews. Arrangements completed at Jerry Spears Funeral Home with Crematory, 2693 West Broad St.
