Joycelyn M. Cloud, age 50, passed way Saturday, March 24, 2018. Preceded in death by: sister, Shirley Harris; son, Aaron. Survived by: parents, Walter and Joycelyn Monroe; husband, Shawn Cloud; children: Chris Byers, Tommy Byers and Danny Byers; grandchildren: Makayla, Jyden, Bentley, Christopher Jr. and 3 others; siblings: Rick (Rosie) Monroe, Leo Monroe, Brenda Monroe, Lucky Monroe, Tine Monroe, Barbara Rodgers, Alice (Thomas) Stepp and Kayci Decker; numerous nieces and nephews.
