James Howard Obituary

James Howard, age 77, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2018 at his Columbus residence. James was a veteran of the U.S. National Guard. He was an avid fisherman and also liked using his carpentry skills to work on houses. Preceded in death by parents: Robert and Irene Howard; daughter, Lisa Howard; son, Larry Howard. Survived by wife of 61 years, Betty Howard; daughter Debra Kinderman; son, Tim Howard; 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; brother, Paul (Vicki) Howard; numerous other family, cousins and friends. A special thanks to the nurses and entire staff at Mount Carmel Hospice for all of their care. Friends may call at Jerry Spears Funeral Home, 2693 W. Broad St., Tuesday, 2-4pm and 6-8pm where service will be held at 10:30am on Wednesday, Rev. Tim Lee officiating. Interment Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
