Jacqueline Horn

Jacqueline "Jackie" (Cassel) Horn, a longtime Westside resident, passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at Logan Elm Health Care Center. She was born on September 17, 1928 in Martin County, KY to the late William and Mary Cassel. Preceded in death by: Husband: Oliver Horn. Survived by: Children: Dixie Wroten and George "Randy" Horn. Grandchildren: Danielle Wroten and George and Oliver Horn. Numerous other family and friends, Friends may call at Jerry Spears Funeral Home, 2693 W. Broad St., Sunday, 2-5 PM. Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM Monday at The Sunset Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel, 6959 W. Broad St. Pastor Tim Stout officiating. Interment Sunset Cemetery.
