Frederick A. Sprouse Sr., age 59, passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Doctor's Hospital West. Preceded in death by: father, William Sprouse Sr; brother: William Sprouse Jr.; nephews: Robert Bussey & Phillip Jenkins. Survived by mother, Patricia Sprouse; wife, Donna Sprouse; children: Ashley, Brittany, Frederick jr and Mindy Sprouse; siblings: Darlene Sprouse, hilda (Ricardo) Pereda, Margaret Sprouse, Jane Jenkins, Patricia (Donald) Jenkins, Bridgette (Kevin) Glisan; numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Jerry Spears Funeral Home with Crematory 2693 W. Broad St Saturday 2-4 P.M where service will be held at 4:00 P.M Saturday.
