Elisa K. Hodge, age 28, of Columbus, Ohio passed away Monday, June 18, 2018 at her residence. She was born April 19, 1990 to Jason Lancaster and the late Kathy Lancaster. Along with her mother, she is preceded in death by a brother, Matthew Hodge; grandmother, Donna Lancaster and grandfather, Raymond Hodge. She is survived by her grandmother, Sharon Hodge; brother, Christopher Hodge; children: Jason, Todd, Aiden, Tristen and Isabella; along with many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins. Private arrangements completed at Jerry Spears Funeral Home with Crematory, 2693 West Broad St, Columbus, OH.
