Donna Harper

Donna Jean Harper, age 77, a woman who loved spending time with her family, passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at Doctors Hospital West. Retired after 28 years with Ohio State University, where she remained a loyal and true Buckeye fan. Preceded in death by: Parents: Charles and Edith Kelly. Granddaughter: Jami Campbell. Brothers: Jim, Al, Charles and Bob Kelly. Significant other: Tom Byrd. Survived by: Children: Kathy Ball, Roger (Gay) Harper and Steve Harper. Grandchildren: Melissa Ball, Brandy (Joe) Higgins, Mandy (Chris) Clapham, Brittany (Jovani) Estrada, Roger "Bud" Harper III, Jennifer Harper and Krissten (Ryan) Plock. Numerous great grandchildren, other family and friends. Friends may call at Jerry Spears Funeral Home, 2693 W. Broad St., Tuesday, 4-7PM where service will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday. Interment Forest Grove Cemetery, Plain City, OH.
