Carlyn J. Smith, age 89, passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Edgewater Place, Plain City, OH. Preceded in death by, husband, Lauren Smith. Survived by, children, Robert (Kathy) Nichols and Carol Shuman, grandchildren, Kirk Nichols, Kristine (Skip) Brown, Kelly (Don) Lodge and Kari Balalioui, great granddaughter, Carly Cook, step children, Lauren (Renee) Smith Jr, Jane Hayes and Cynthia Brunette, numerous other family and friends. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St., Friday, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM where service will follow at 12:00 PM. Interment Sunset Cemetery.
