Mary Blackburn

Mary Ruth Blackburn, age 100, passed away on Monday, May 29, 2017 at her residence. She was very involved throughout the years at both St Stephen the Martyr and St Aloysius Catholic Churches. Preceded in death by: Husband: Karl. Son-in-law: Ron Boster. Survived by: Children: James (Polly) Blackburn, Mary Jo Boster, Richard (Janice) Blackburn, David Blackburn, Thomas (Karla) Blackburn, Steven (Cheryl Grenko) Blackburn and Julia (David Briskin) Blackburn. Grandchildren: Andrew (Annie) Blackburn, Jennifer Thompson (David). Lindy (Matt) Blair, Rachel (Sam) Staley and their mother, Lea Blair. And Charlotte Briskin. Great grandchildren: Audrey, Avery, Conner, Cole, Grace, Henry and Hazel. Numerous other family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon, Friday, at Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel, 6440 S. High St. Interment following at St. Joseph Cemetery.  Arrangements completed at Jerry Spears Funeral Home, 2693 W. Broad St. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Ohio Health Hospice, 800 McConnell Drive, Columbus, OH, 43214.
