Chris, Molly, Luke and the rest of the Andrews family. Lori and I were so heart-broken to hear of Harry's passing. You have our heart felt condolences during this difficult time. If I could... I would like to share one quick memory of Harry (and believe me.. there are many).
We (The Bruner team) were in a softball tourney in (as luck would have it) Cincinnati. Anyway... we were playing some "younger" team than us (they were all HS baseball players from the Cincy area - or at least that was the rumor) and we were down a few runs going into the last inning. We got to the point of being tied and "Rollo" was on first. Mark Emrick (I think it was Mark) hit a "gapper" to left center and Rollo - being as fast as he was... no way was I holding him at third. I waved him in. The shortstop made a perfect throw from his cut-off position and the catcher "dropped" the ball as Rollo slid. Harry... was standing right there... and when he saw we won... he jumped 5 or 6 feet (seemed like it anyways) straight up in the air. Never forget it. Thanks Harry... for always being around home plate... no matter what the circumstances.

My condolences to the entire Andrews' family. I will always remember seeing and talking to Harry at our varsity baseball games at Grove City; and during our summer American Legion games. It was an honor and a privilege to talk about baseball and life in general with Harry. God bless.
