Diane Addeo-Church, age 24, passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at her residence. Survived by: Children: Tyler Addeo-Fox and Kalaya Addeo-Sourintha. Mother: Monica Church-Wickham. Father: Terrance Addeo. Sister: Summer (Robert) Rooks. Brothers: Andrew Addeo and Travis Addeo. Maternal grandparents: Larry (Joyce) Church and Diane (John) Pieranunzi. Aunts: Christine Lowe, Annette Beaumont and Jackie Beaumont. Uncles: Mike (Barbie) Church. Numerous other family and friends. Friends may call at Jerry Spears Funeral Home with Crematory, 2693 W. Broad St., Friday, 11-1 PM with service to follow at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the funeral home in order to help with funeral expenses.
